Peace is shattered at #54 as a UFO (Unscheduled Friends Onslaught) arrives on the doorstep.
Peace breaks out again as the visitors from Outer Bedfordshire take Matt away from his noisy games and into the unusual activities of talking and playing in the garden.
It turns out the unexpected and unfamiliar visitors are in fact a related species called Girls.
The 3 girls (plus accompanying boys) stay a few hours before disappearing as quickly as they came.
Are we alone ? In fact we rarely are these days as the boys' friends become ever more mobile.
